Livingstone Osore is a multi-talented construction professional with over 8 years of experience in project design management , contract administration and  a sustainable construction advocate. He holds a degree in Construction Management from the Technical University of Kenya and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Nairobi. In addition to his hands-on experience, Livingstone is also a Lecturer in the Department of Construction Economics and Management at The Technical University of Kenya, where he shares his knowledge and expertise with the next generation of construction professionals.
With his strong educational background and hands-on experience, He has a deep understanding of the construction industry and is well-equipped to manage projects from start to finish. He is highly skilled in project design, contract administration, and project management, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
His is known for his attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills. He works closely with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the building process are well-coordinated and that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
